This is fucking ridiculous. Not only was this woman raped, told it was her problem to avoid her rapist at school, and kicked off the cheer squad for refusing to cheer for her rapist, now she has to pay the school $45,000 in legal fees because she took them to court for their actions, AND LOST.
What is wrong with this world that shit like this can happen?
